摘要

针对50t级箕斗装载用板式定量输送机对装载速度的要求,为提高链传动装置在1.2m/s速度下重载运行的可靠性,对链轮齿数z、链条节距p与链条许用速度v的参数组合进行优化求解。本文提出了一种链传动许用速度的预测方法,根据GB/T 5269-1985中已有的小节距链参数,采用MATLAB软件进行数据拟合确定齿数的p-v关系理论公式和特性曲线,求解出大节距链条的许用速度。计算表明,p=200mm、z=12满足装载速度的要求,与TSUBAKI公司的许用速度图基本相符。研究结果为课题样机的设计和订货提供了理论依据,可为大型输送链的参数选取提供参考。

Abstract

According to the loading speed requirements of the 50 tons skip loading by quantitative conveyor,to improve the operation reliability of the transmission chain under overload and at the velocity of 1.2m/s,the combination and optimization of sprocket tooth z,chain pitch pand allowable speed v optimization are solved.A method to predict the chain allowable speed is presented,according to the existing small-pitch chain parameters from GB/T 5269-1985,the theoretical formula and the relationship curves between p&vare determined by MATLAB data fitting model,the large pitch chain allowable speed is solved.The calculation shows that p=200 &z=12meet the requirements of the loading speed and nearly consistent with TSUBAKI’s sample.The results provide a theoretical basis for design and ordering of prototype,also can provide a reference for parameter selection of large chain.
