摘要

针对一种无人机在不同工况下经历复杂的动力学环境,首先对主减速器模型进行考虑应力刚化效应的模态分析,得到不同工况下主减速器系统固有频率和振型。然后,基于某特定激励对主减速器进行了频响分析。研究结果表明,在一定转速范围内,无人机主减速器振动以扭转振动为主,模态固有频率值会随着转速的提高而单调增大,通过频响分析预测了主减速器结构设计的薄弱环节,可为主减速器结构优化提供设计参考。

Abstract

Aiming at the a UAV experience complicated dynamics environment under different conditions,firstly,the modal analysis of stress stiffening effect on the UAV main reducer is carried out,the natural frequency and mode shapes are obtained in different conditions.Then frequency response analysis of main reducer is carried out based on certain incentives implementing on the reducer.The research results show that the vibration modes of UAV are mainly torsion and modal natural frequency of UAV main reducer is increased with speed increasing.Through the frequency response analysis,the weak links of the main reducer structure design is predicted,some design references for the main reducer structural optimization are provided.
