摘要

曲柄群驱动机构是一种新型传动机构,主要应用领域为某些专用的轻工机械。基于牛顿-辛普森方法以MATLAB实例计算验证了曲柄群驱动机构结构单元的运动特性,运用三维软件SolidWorks和分析软件ANSYS完成了该新型机构的三维建模与动态仿真,为该机构的深入研究和开发提供了一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

The crank-group driving mechanism is a kind of new transmission mechanism,it is mainly used in some special light industrial machinery.Based on the Newton- Raphson method,the kinematics characteristics of the crank-group driving mechanism’s structural unit is validated and calculated by using an example of MATLAB,the 3D modeling and dynamic simulation of the new mechanism is completed through SolidWorks and ANSYS,a reference for the further research and development of the mechanism is provided.
