摘要

以新型薄煤层采煤机截割部行星轮系为研究对象,依据多体动力学理论,建立了采煤机截割部的刚柔耦合模型,并对其进行动态仿真分析,得到了行星轮系各零件的应力和变形情况。对系统中的薄弱零件太阳轮和行星架进行了结构改进,改进后太阳轮齿面最大啮合应力减小了423.26 MPa;行星架的应力集中现象基本消除,疲劳寿命明显提高至次8.302 2×107。该研究方法可用于大型机械行星轮系的结构设计及优化,有助于及早发现系统中的薄弱环节,降低研发和制造成本。

Abstract

Taking the planetary gear train in a new type of thin seam shearer cutting part as the research object,based on multi-body dynamics theory,the rigid-flexible coupled model of the shearer cutting part is established,and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried on,the stress and deformation of the planetary gear train parts are obtained.The structure improvement of the sun wheel and planet carrier is carried out,the maximum mesh stress on sun wheel tooth surface is decreased by423.26 MPa after improvement,the stress concentration phenomenon on planet carrier is basically eliminated,the fatigue life is improved to 8.302 2×107 times.The research methods provides a quantitative basis for the design of planetary gear train,reduces the development cost in the process of production,improves the benefit of enterprise.
