摘要

阐述了链传动实验台的总体方案设计以及测控系统设计,研制了链传动实验台。并在此实验台上做了大量实验测试,采集了速度波动曲线且加以深入研究分析。结果表明采集的链传动速度波动曲线以及不均匀性系数曲线符合理论计算的变化规律,验证了该实验台具有高精度及高可靠性。而且链传动运动特性的实验分析结果对工程实际应用有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

The overall design,measurement and control system of chain transmission test rig are described.A lot of experimental test is finished by the developed test rig.The experimental results show that chain transmission speed fluctuation curve and the unevenness coefficient curve is acquired by the test rig comply with the variation laws on the theoretical calculation.Also the high-precision and reliability is verified through the results.The analysis of experimental results has important guiding signification in practical engineering applications of transmission.
