摘要

提出一种偏心齿轮平衡造型的设计方法,利用杠杆平衡设计原理,在UG软件中改变齿轮形状造型来实现轮齿的平衡受力。设计后的偏心齿轮保留了原有机械强度,使轮齿之间受力更平均,传动更平稳。

Abstract

A balanced shape design of an eccentric gear is presented,by using the leverage balanced design principle,the balance force on gear tooth is achieved by changing gear shape in the software of UG.After eccentric gear design,the original mechanical strength is retained,the force between the teeth is more evenly,the drive is more smoothly.
