摘要

建立牛头刨床传动机构数学模型

分析牛头刨床的运动特性

提出将椭圆齿轮机构引入牛头刨床传动机构中

通过与复合形法优化的牛头刨床对比

表明椭圆齿轮法优化的牛头刨床推程速度平稳性显著提高

空行程时间大大减少。同时明确偏心率大小对推程速度误差和空行程时间的影响。最后

为简化结构

将椭圆齿轮机构内置于减速器中

设计出相应的椭圆齿轮减速器

并完成椭圆齿轮的三维建模及椭圆齿轮减速器的虚拟装配

为椭圆齿轮减速器在牛头刨床中的应用提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract

The mathematical model of shaper transmission mechanism is set up.The kinematic characteristic of shaper is analyzed.Introducing elliptical gear into transmission mechanism of shaper is presented.Compared with the complex-shape method

the result shows that velocity stationarity of push stroke is improved evidently and the time of non-working stroke is shortened obviously after using shaper optimized by elliptical gear.And the effect of eccentricity on velocity error of push stroke and time of non-working stroke is clarified.At last

for simplifying structure

the elliptical gear mechanism is placed into reducer.The corresponding elliptical gear reducer is designed.The model of elliptical gear and the virtual assembly of elliptical gear reducer are achieved

which facilitates the application of elliptical gear reducer in shaper.
