摘要

通过对风机齿轮油特性的阐述

和对不同载荷下螺栓连接处受力情况的详细分析

得出螺栓在不同载荷下的平衡条件公式

以及齿轮油外泄对螺栓连接摩擦因数和转矩系数的影响。从而推导出齿轮油外泄在螺栓连接上时

导致螺栓连接松动的主要原因。

Abstract

Through analyzing the property of gear oil and the stress situation of bolt in wind turbine tower

the equilibrium formula of bolt joint in different stress situation and the influence of oil-leak on friction factor and torque coefficient are obtained.At last

a conclusion about the reason of causing bolt joint loosing when gearbox oil leaking on the bolt joint of wind turbine tower is obtained.
