摘要

对斗轮驱动减速器的输出级内齿圈进行了受力分析

然后采用ANSYS有限元软件进行了静强度计算

计算结果显示内齿圈的结构比较富裕

但是发现其有向内齿圈外壁发生破坏的趋势

分析了内齿圈发生断裂破坏的各种原因

结合材料探伤检测

找到了内齿圈发生断裂破坏的主要原因是由于内部材料缺陷引起的

并得到了有限元计算结果的理论验证。

Abstract

The static strength of output ring gear for driving bucket-wheel reducer is calculated by ANSYS finite element analysis software after loading analysis.It has enough strength

but has fracture trend to outside of ring gear in according to the result.All possible kinds of reasons which can result in ring fracture are analyzed.Based on analysis results the key reason of ring gear fracture is attribute to the material defection by ultrasonic inspection.The calculating result of finite element supports this failure reason analysis.
