摘要

利用新型智能材料磁流变液的优良特性

提出一种适合于张力控制的新型传动装置

它的输出转矩可以通过调节电流精确控制。设计了该传动装置的基本结构

建立输出转矩的理论模型

并且用ANSYS有限元分析软件对新型磁流变恒张力控制传动装置内外环工作间隙进行仿真。

Abstract

Utilizing the characteristics of magneto rheological fluid

a new transmission device which can be applied to achieve tension control is developed.Its output torque can be controlled accurately by adjusting electric current.A structure of this transmission device is designed and the theoretical model of output torque is built.The working clearance of the new magneto rheological fluid tension control transmission device is simulated by using finite element analysis soft ANSYS.
