摘要

分析了研齿对准双曲面齿轮副动态性能的影响机理。基于现场研齿试验

对不同转速、载荷下齿轮副啮合振动、噪声进行了对比试验。由振动、噪声频谱图的对比分析可知

研齿对齿轮副动态性能具有明显的改进作用。

Abstract

Mechanism of the lapping influence on the dynamic behavior of hypoid gears is analyzed. Based on the lapping practice

the driving vibration and noise of gears before lapping and after under various rotational speeds and loads have been tested and compared. In the basis of the spectral analysis

the lapping improvements on the dynamic behavior of gears are obversed obviously.
