摘要

介绍了一种基于Internet的轧机传动系统的远程故障诊断系统的具体解决方案。该系统实现了对大量实时数据的动态显示、传输以及防火墙穿越等问题。

Abstract

As the WWW technology

which is commonly used on the Internet at present

can’t solve all remote fault diagnosis problem

a detailed solution to the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on Web for rolling mill is introduced

The system integrates CORBA technology with SOAP/Web Service technology and is based on B/S model. It makes dynamic display and transfer for a great deal of on-line data and Firewall traversal possible. The fault diagnosis example shows that the system has better security and stability. It can judge the running-condition of rolling mill drives in time.
