摘要

为了判定小模数锥齿轮的精度和质量

在分析小模数锥齿轮加工误差的基础上

给出了公差组的选用标准及其检测方法

并提出了用间接法检验齿轮副（一齿）轴交角综合误差的原理及其检查仪的设计原理。

Abstract

In order to judge the precision of small module bevel gears

the criterion of choosing tolerance group and the measuring method of tolerance were provided on the basis of analysing machining error of small module bevel gear. Besides

the principle which using indirect method to measure the gear pairs（teeth） tolerance of shaft angles and the design principle of measuring instrument were put forward.
