摘要

本文对克林根贝尔格“Ｃｙｃｌｏ－Ｐａｌｏｉｄ”制锥齿轮加工方法和奥利康制锥齿轮在ＳＫＭ２型铣齿机上的加工方法进行了分析，根据共轭齿面啮合理论，提出一种展成克林根贝尔格“Ｃｙｃｌｏ－Ｐａｌｏｉｄ”制延伸外摆线锥齿轮精确的切齿调整计算新方法。

Abstract

In this paper

the cutting method of the bevel gears with Klingelnberg cyclo palloid system and Oerlicon method on machine SKM2 are analyzed.Based on the theory of conjugete gear tooth action

a new exact method on machine setting calculating for generating cyclo palloid bevel gears is presented.
