本文对４０ＣｒＮｉ２Ｍｏ表面平均硬度为３３０ＨＢＳ的中硬调质齿轮接触疲劳强度进行台架试验，并对其试验数据进行了处理与分析，求出了该材料的接触疲劳极限应力及Ｒ—Ｓ—Ｎ曲线，并确定了其在ＧＢ３４８０—８３极限应力方框图中的位置。
